You can tell a lot about a man by reading his autobiography - Anonymous

We haven't met yet, but I hope that'll soon change. Until then, a few things you should know:

    1. No, I didn't say Chandler--it's Chadler. The story behind it is a funny one, think matriarchs, romance novels, and the early 1980s. You'll hear about it one day, but in the meantime, friends, colleagues, and clients call me Chad. And I have a feeling you'll fit into one or all of those categories soon.

    2. I'm a banker. There, I said it. But whatever you know about bankers or the banking profession--bad suits, spreadsheets, cap tables and TPS reports*--throw them out the window. These are only the tools that enable me to do what I love--help people fulfill their goals. Opening that second restaurant, starting your real estate empire, getting over that revenue plateau, and anything in between. Your goals are my goals. Maybe I can help you? Note: Really only software developers use TPS reports--that was a joke, and my suits are always on point.

    3. I work to live and I work to give. It may sound cliche, but I don't really care--it's the truth. Much of my energy is poured into the work that I do; I enjoy it and I'm pretty good at it. One of the things I love about it is that my success is directly tied to the success of others. I love digging in and finding the opportunities and solving the problems that lead to growth. But all that being said, that work doesn't define me but only empowers me to pursue what does--investing my time helping those who cannot help themselves through my philanthropy and getting the most out of every moment spent with my friends and family, and the newest edition to the fold, a precocious Boston Terrier named Harper.
